Hello my name is Nyaire Budd, I am 20 years old and have lived in Philly my entire life. I am relatively new to the business. So my initial thoughts from what I’ve witnessed so far were that this business is so intricate that I’d struggle on my own. A decent amount of the inner workings of the Real Estate industry seem pretty confusing, but that’s what attracted a new agent like me to Keller Williams. They have a very nice community that is willing to take the necessary time out to help their peers when they’re in need.

It seems as if they operate with the no one left behind mentality, which is like a moth to a flame for a new recruit such as myself. Now I don’t have to fret because I’m in KW’s hands. I look forward to working with everyone and to having a successful career, and KW Philadelphia will be the lens that enables me to view it all.
